When it comes to hardware, we are (obviously) huge fans of vintage. We specialize in antique doorknobs, latches, hinges and so on, but when it comes to little bits and pieces like cabinet knobs, dresser pulls, coat hooks and the like – we must admit that it’s often a better choice to go new, if for no other reason than you can always get the number you need.
On that note, we recently got some fun new items to add to our collection of little pulls and hooks, so without further ado…
- We’re happy to have these new silver Miami knobs now that the popular coloured versions have been discontinued (we still have some, though – in pink, yellow, green and blue). $10 each.
- These Paris clock knobs are so quirky and great! We had our first batch here on trial and they literally sold out before we’d finished unpacking them. $10 each.
- These hammered hooks come in three different patterns and have sort of a vintagey-crafty feel – mix them up so it doesn’t look totally uniform. $10 each.
- Our classic dark bronze hook is now available in nickel too – great for the back of the bathroom door. $12 each.
- These hooks with vintage-style bird prints and porcelain knobs are adorable. 2 styles, $10 each.
- Same as the blue ones but with different prints again. $10 each.
- Over-sized shabby-chic hooks – lovely in a country cottage, a little girl’s room or anywhere that could use a soft romantic accent. $10 each.
- From the same line as the shabby-chic hooks, this long hook features a crown and flowers and is very sweet indeed. $40 each.
- Neither a hook nor a knob, this little lamb sells out every time. He has a little bracket on the back so all you need is one nail to hang him on the wall. A totally whimsical little detail, but people who buy them return to buy for friends who covet theirs! $10 each.
