We’ve been setting up the store with all the new things, and it’s looking great! Here are a few of my favourites (you can see larger pics by clicking on ‘gallery’ and visiting our flickr site):
Lovely black mirror with antique gold accents and swags.
Tell me this is not the wildest, craziest chair you have ever seen. I imagine a well-to-do pooch reigning from this seat!
When we bought these we thought they were mirrors, but it turns out it's just highly reflective blue-tinted glass. Still great.
This window has the most incredible weathered frame. As much as I love the textured glass, this would also look sensational as a huge mirror.
Put these gorgeous red shutters (either functioning or just for display) wherever you need a hit of punchy colour.
I love how these antique meat hooks from Paris conjure imagery of both hard-core butchery and lazy strolls down cobbled Paris streets!
We have two of these sweet oval tables with marble tops. And the pair of bentwood mirrors would look stunning over his-and-her sinks.
These doors are waiting patiently to be set up in the store. Also mirrored armoire, crystal chandelier, green carved ceiling medallion and massive wood door (the whole back wall).
These are the last of the white pitcher collection we brought back from Pennsylvania. Also red lattice room divider from Egypt.
These chandeliers are drip-drying outside after a power-washing. Our loading dock has never looked so glamorous!
A classic, solid desk. Also Quebec sap buckets and antique ottoman.
These doors have a fantastic weathered yellow finish. Also inlaid side tables, wrought iron panel and Egyptian earthenware pot.
A great pair with marble tops and lots of drawers. Also pressed glass and crystal candelabras.
Great simple, elegant sideboard with marble top. Also vintage coffee percolators from Paris and Toronto, relic lamp with antique tile base, carved wooden blocks on wall.
These mirrored doors would be perfect for a hall or linen closet. Also thin carved panel, lattice mirror and stool.
These would be great as barn-style sliding doors. Also lattice side tables, blue and white carved door panel, Parisian tree guard, relic lamp.

Hello, I can’t understand how to add your blog in my rss reader.
You should be able to click the orange logo and then go from there – depending on your rss reader I think it’s different depending on what you use. For me, I click on the rss button, then when it goes to the rss format, at the top there’s a box that says ‘subscribe to this feed’. I’m not very techno-savvy, but I hope this helps. Let us know if you continue to have problems.
